Kailin Walter, BSc(Hons), DC

Kailin completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (University of Guelph) and Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating with top honours and additional certifications in Graston Technique and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture.

She joined Scott early in the development of Shift's concussion program, shaping evidence-based rehabilitation approaches for persistent post-concussion symptoms and training under leading experts, including time at UPMC's Sports Concussion Clinic.

As Director of Program Development, Kailin oversees Shift's education platform, mentors the clinical team, and teaches at conferences across Canada. Her patient-centred, research-driven care focuses on vestibular and concussion rehabilitation.
