Membership is open to regulated healthcare providers who have completed the Shift Level 1 certification course. This includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, athletic therapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, physicians, and nurse practitioners.
Individual plans are designed for solo practitioners and include one account with full access to all resources. Clinic plans are for practices with 3+ practitioners and include up to 5 accounts, a shared clinic profile, team reporting, and dedicated account support.
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, you won't be charged again after cancellation. Annual plans are non-refundable but you'll retain access for the remainder of your billing period.
Active members are automatically listed in our /providers directory where patients search for Shift-certified specialists. You'll have a dedicated profile page showing your location, services, credentials, and patient reviews. You control what information is displayed.
Your provider directory listing is removed within 7 days of membership cancellation. Your certification status remains valid, but directory visibility requires an active membership.
We add new exercise videos, treatment protocols, and clinical resources quarterly. Research summaries are updated monthly. Annual refresher courses are released each fall with the latest evidence-based practices.
The exercise videos are hosted online and require an internet connection. However, you can share video links directly with patients via email or our patient portal, so they can access their prescribed exercises from home.
You'll need to complete Level 1 certification before joining as a member. Level 1 provides the foundational knowledge required to effectively use the membership resources. You can enroll in Level 1 now and join the membership community immediately after completing your certification.
